The present review is aimed to compare two soundbars - Sonos Playbar vs Samsung HW-Q70T that are meant to satisfy the needs of cinema and music lovers. Based on our rating, Playbar has a total rating of 5.5 out of 10 versus 8.2 for HW-Q70T. The competitors' control buttons are different: play/pause, volume up, volume down and volume down, volume up, power, source, respectively.
Both soundbars have active amplification type. A significant difference between the units in the number of channels, the Sonos Playbar has 3.0 versus 3.1.2 for the Samsung HW-Q70T. Competitors do not have a built-in subwoofer. Rivals have wireless connection to separate subwoofer. Both models received our 7 rating of 10 for their audio features and specs.
