The JBL Bar 5.1 was rated 7.2, while the Samsung HW-T450 has a rating 4.5. The soundbars are equipped with a different number of buttons, power, volume down, volume up, input for the Bar 5.1 and volume down, volume up, power, source for the HW-T450.

Audio features

Each of the models under consideration has active amplification type. A noticeable difference is the number of channels that Bar 5.1 has 5.1 and HW-T450 has 2.1. These rivals can be compared in terms of power, 510 (overall) versus 200 (overall) according to devices. The built-in subwoofer is not implemented in any of these models. Multichannel surround

Dolby Atmos audio decoder support is not implemented in either the Bar 5.1 or HW-T450. Devices from this comparison cannot process surround sound due to lack of DTS:X. The same score of 4/10 was put to the soundbars for multichannel surround support.
