l would like to share my experience after comparing and testing two soundbars – VIZIO SB3651-F6 vs VIZIO SB4451-C0. The VIZIO SB3651-F6 was rated 6.8, while the VIZIO SB4451-C0 has a rating 7.2. Soundbars have the same set of buttons - power, input, Bluetooth, volume down, volume up.
Each of the models under consideration has active amplification type. By the number of channels, the devices do not differ. The built-in subwoofer is not implemented in any of these models. An external subwoofer connects to the SB3651-F6 via wired and wireless, but SB4451-C0 has wireless connection type. Audio features and specs of considered models we rated 8 out of 10 in our ranking. Each of the competitors can play content from Spotify.
Both models have a wireless Wi-Fi interface. Soundbars from this comparison have Bluetooth support. 1/0 HDMI inputs/outputs are in each of soundbars. As in the SB3651-F6, so in the SB4451-C0 there is the HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC). Connecting devices via USB is possible in both models. The connectivity of each of the models was estimated at 8/10.
Each of the soundbars can be controlled using the application. Soundbars in this review are not equipped with a microphone. The VIZIO SB4451-C0 may become part of a multiroom system.
Dolby Atmos audio decoder support is not implemented in either the SB3651-F6 or SB4451-C0. Devices from this comparison cannot process surround sound due to lack of DTS:X. The SB3651-F6 was rated 6/10, while the SB4451-C0 received a mark of 4/10 for multichannel surround.
