The present review is aimed to compare two soundbars - Yamaha SR-C20A vs Samsung Q60C that are meant to satisfy the needs of cinema and music lovers. Based on our rating, SR-C20A has a total rating of 3.8 out of 10 versus 5.8 for Q60C.
Both soundbars have active amplification type. A significant difference between the units in the number of channels, the Yamaha SR-C20A has 2.1 versus 3.1 for the Samsung Q60C. The output power is different and equal to 100 (overall) W for the SR-C20A versus 340 (overall) W for the Q60C. Only the Yamaha SR-C20A has a built-in subwoofer. The Yamaha SR-C20A got our rating of 5 out of 10, and the Samsung Q60C 8 for its audio features and specs.

Only the Q60C has a Dolby Atmos multichannel audio format support. A surround technology DTS:X is supported only by the Q60C. For multichannel surround Yamaha SR-C20A got a rating of 6, and Samsung Q60C 10 out of 10.
