If you have already decided that you want to buy a new soundbar, but still don’t know what exactly you want, the JBL Bar 5.1 vs Samsung B550 comparison is here to offer you two decent solutions. The JBL Bar 5.1 was rated 7.2, while the Samsung B550 has a rating 4.6.

Audio features

Each of the models under consideration has active amplification type. A noticeable difference is the number of channels that Bar 5.1 has 5.1 and B550 has 2.1. These rivals can be compared in terms of power, 510 (overall) versus 410 (overall) according to devices. The built-in subwoofer is not implemented in any of these models. Connectivity

Multichannel surround

Dolby Atmos audio decoder support is not implemented in either the Bar 5.1 or B550. Devices from this comparison cannot process surround sound due to lack of DTS:X. The Bar 5.1 was rated 4/10, while the B550 received a mark of 6/10 for multichannel surround.
