The present review is aimed to compare two soundbars - Samsung HW-A650 vs Denon DHT-S517 that are meant to satisfy the needs of cinema and music lovers. Features

App control is available for the DHT-S517. None of the models under consideration have a built-in microphone. Soundbars do not have Multi-room support.

Multichannel surround

Only the DHT-S517 has a Dolby Atmos multichannel audio format support. The soundbars do not support the surround sound technology DTS:X. For multichannel surround Samsung HW-A650 got a rating of 6, and Denon DHT-S517 7 out of 10.
