Audio features
Both soundbars have active amplification type. A significant difference between the units in the number of channels, the Yamaha YAS-108 has 2.0 versus 5.1 for the Klipsch R-10B. None of soundbars equipped with Dolby Atmos multichannel audio decoder. The soundbars do not support the surround sound technology DTS:X. For multichannel surround Yamaha YAS-108 got a rating of 5, and Klipsch R-10B 4 out of 10.
