None of these soundbars can be controlled using the app. Soundbars in this review are not equipped with a microphone. The Sony HT-CT800 may become part of a multiroom system.
Dolby Atmos audio decoder support is not implemented in either the HT-S350 or HT-CT800. Devices from this comparison cannot process surround sound due to lack of DTS:X. DTS Virtual:X technology not supported by any of the soundbars in this review. The HT-S350 was rated 4/10, while the HT-CT800 received a mark of 2/10 for multichannel surround.
