l would like to share my experience after comparing and testing two soundbars – Samsung HW-Q70T vs VIZIO SB4451-C0. The Samsung HW-Q70T was rated 8.2, while the VIZIO SB4451-C0 has a rating 7.2. The soundbars are equipped with a different number of buttons, volume down, volume up, power, source for the HW-Q70T and power, input, Bluetooth, volume down, volume up for the SB4451-C0.

Audio features

Each of the models under consideration has active amplification type. A noticeable difference is the number of channels that HW-Q70T has 3.1.2 and SB4451-C0 has 5.1. The built-in subwoofer is not implemented in any of these models. An external subwoofer can be connected to any of the units in this comparison. Rate 7 out of 10 received the Samsung HW-Q70T for audio features and specs, but the VIZIO SB4451-C0 received 8 out of 10. Each of the competitors can play content from Spotify.

Connectivity

Both models have a wireless Wi-Fi interface. Soundbars from this comparison have Bluetooth support. 1/0 HDMI inputs/outputs are in each of soundbars. As in the HW-Q70T, so in the SB4451-C0 there is the HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC). Connecting devices via USB is possible in both models. We rated the connectivity of the HW-Q70T at 9 out of 10, while the SB4451-C0 was rated 8/10. Each of the soundbars can be controlled using the application. The Samsung HW-Q70T equipped with a microphone. The models under consideration can become part of a multiroom system.

Multichannel surround

Dolby Atmos audio decoder is onboard the HW-Q70T. The HW-Q70T can work with surround sound due to DTS:X support. The HW-Q70T was rated 10/10, while the SB4451-C0 received a mark of 4/10 for multichannel surround.
