I had a chance to test and compare two models: LG SN11RG vs JBL BAR 1000 and this review should help people who are looking for a good soundbar. The LG SN11RG was rated 7.5, while the JBL BAR 1000 has a rating 9. The soundbars are equipped with a different number of buttons, power, volume down, volume up, function, play/pause, microphone for the SN11RG and power, volume down, volume up for the BAR 1000.

Audio features

Each of the models under consideration has active amplification type. By the number of channels, the devices do not differ. These rivals can be compared in terms of power, 770 (overall) versus 880 (overall) according to devices. The built-in subwoofer is not implemented in any of these models. The soundbars in this review are equipped with a microphone. The models under consideration cannot become part of a multiroom system.

Multichannel surround

Manufacturers equipped both units with Dolby Atmos audio decoder. The SN11RG can work with surround sound due to DTS:X support. The SN11RG was rated 10/10, while the BAR 1000 received a mark of 7/10 for multichannel surround.
