The present review is aimed to compare two soundbars - Samsung HW-M360/ZA vs Yamaha YAS-108 that are meant to satisfy the needs of cinema and music lovers. For connectivity, the HW-M360/ZA received a rating of 5/10 versus 7/10, respectively. App control is available in every soundbar. A built-in microphone is present only on the YAS-108. Multi-room is only available for the Samsung HW-M360/ZA.

Multichannel surround

None of soundbars equipped with Dolby Atmos multichannel audio decoder. The soundbars do not support the surround sound technology DTS:X. For multichannel surround Samsung HW-M360/ZA got a rating of 4, and Yamaha YAS-108 5 out of 10.
