I had a chance to test and compare two models: Bose Soundbar 700 vs Sony HT-S350 and this review should help people who are looking for a good soundbar. The Bose Soundbar 700 was rated 6.6, while the Sony HT-S350 has a rating 5. The soundbars are equipped with a different number of buttons, action, microphone for the Soundbar 700 and power, volume down, volume up, Bluetooth, TV for the HT-S350.
Each of the models under consideration has active amplification type. A noticeable difference is the number of channels that Soundbar 700 has 3.0 and HT-S350 has 2.1. The built-in subwoofer is not implemented in any of these models. An external subwoofer connects to the Soundbar 700 via wired and wireless, but HT-S350 has wireless connection type. Rate 6 out of 10 received the Bose Soundbar 700 for audio features and specs, but the Sony HT-S350 received 7 out of 10. The Soundbar 700 can play audio from Spotify.
Wireless Internet connection is realized only in the Soundbar 700. Soundbars from this comparison have Bluetooth support. There are 1/0 HDMI inputs/outputs in the Bose Soundbar 700 versus 0/1 HDMIs in the Sony HT-S350. As in the Soundbar 700, so in the HT-S350 there is the HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC).
